This is the screen you will see after you have purchased the app for your device. You will click on Create and account or if you have already done so, you will use your email and password to access your information. You will need internet/WiFi the first time you go to log in. Notice, at the bottom, our hCG cloud. Our hCG Cloud comes with your purchase. It is a backup service and allows you to sync your information between multiple devices and online. This back-up service is free for 3 months. You can use the app and do as many rounds as you like with the app. It is just the back-up/syncing service that ends after 3 months unless you renew it.

When you click create an account you will see this screen. Just enter your information and you will be registered in our system.
Home Screen P2
This will be your main home screen in Phase 2. You are able to check off your exercise, hCG dosages, your fruit, water, melba/breadstick, protein and veggies. You will see this screen when you log-in each day. At the top of screen are numbers in colored circles which tell you what phase you are in, which day of that phase and how many days you have left to go in that phase. At the bottom are your numbers relating to your weight. Your goal number of pounds you wish to loose, how many pounds you have lost to date and how many pounds you are away from your goal.
Start Date: Recommended
Choosing the correct start date is very important. Make sure you have entered the correct day and year or else things will not work properly. (items will be greyed out if you have not set your start date) You will see this screen when you choose recommended. We give you a brief rundown of what each phase is about.
Start Date: Manual Override
Choosing your start date is very important. You want to make sure that you set the right date and year or it will throw off your days. Here you are viewing what your screen will look like if you choose to manually override the system, which means you have chosen to do your own number of days for each phase of the protocol. In the white boxes next to the phase number circles you can enter your own number of days you plan to do. At the bottom you can choose to do multiple rounds. The app will automatically enter your the start date of your next round.
Here you will be able to set your Start Date, multiple rounds, frist weights and measurements. Under preferences, you can select between English or Metric measurements and even to connect the Withings WIFI weight scale for automatic weight tracking! Notifications, Lock, Apple Day and Steak Day can be set here as well. Our 2 newest features are the web sync and p2 food options. You can back up your device to our website and edit on either your device or online and send the changes in either direction. If you have the app running on a Tablet and you Smartphone, you can send data between them as well. When you login for the first time you will see blue push pins on items that you need to do first.
This is your main planning task screen. Here you can choose your meal planning in Phase 2, your shopping list, the food data base (Can I Eat) and today’s menu (an easy to view chalk board to the food you will be having. I find it helpful to look at this when I get up and getting my food together).
You will come to this tracking page to enter or change your weight numbers, your daily measurements, your daily photo entries and your journal notes.
The diet screen is where you can find Dr. Simeons pounds and inches in its entirety, where you will choose your Phase 2 vegetarian options, such as protein shakes. An audio book of Pounds and inches broken down into chapters along with brief descriptions of the phases of the diet for quick reference.
If you are having any trouble with your device, you can go to help to find answers. If you have any technical problems not listed you can click on the tech email and send us a message right from the app.
To set up notifications you must first select what type of notification you would like in the first drop down box. Then select the times you want them. And then which phases you would like to receive them in. Always press save. You do not have to have the hCG Diet App launched to receive notifications.
Under you SetUp task screen you can select how many times you will be taking your hCG during Phase 2. Enter that number in the white box. You will then see that number of hCG icons on your home screen. Either sub-lingual or injection. Check the one you wish to use, and press OK.
Here you will be able to choose to set up your Withings scale if you have one. Also, choose the type of unit you wish to see in your app. You may select either Metric or English from the drop down boxes. We suggest that you turn on your daily tips. Each of the tips are phase specific, and appear as a pop up when you launch the app.
In P2 you will be able to plan your meals for each day. Select your vegetable, fruit and protein for lunch and diner. You can see your calories planned at the top of this screen. The green check mark tells you that you have selected that item. Just click on a different item if you want to change your mind. One you see the green check mark the item is saved. The items that you select here will then show up on your home screen.
Today’s Meal screen is a quick way to look at what you will be eating each morning. It will tell you the phase you are in and the date. Along with what you calories will be for that day. Included in that calorie count are your 2 bread-sticks or 2 Melba toasts for each day. Use the green arrows to see next or previous days.
When you click on the measuring tape on your home screen you will be taken to this screen to enter your measurements for that day. You will be able to see your progress in the right hand column.
Here you will be see all of your body measurements on one screen. By clicking on the body part you will be taken to a that body part specific graph.
When you click on the weight scale on your home screen you will be taken to this screen where you will enter your daily weight in the green circle. It will then show up on the graph with the rest of your numbers. If you wish to change a previously entered weight you can do so by clicking on the red box with your weight in it. If you wish to add a note, then you can click on the push-pin and you will be taken to the journal notes section for that day.

The extensive food database that we have created allows you to enter a search term in the white box. The phase you are searching in for that item in will be back-lit in dark shadow. In this screen you can see that you are searching for food items in phase 2. Click on one of the other numbered circles to search in the relative phase.

This screen shows that you are in the Meat and poultry section… All of the items that are yes, which means you are allowed to have them in the phase you have selected at the top, show up first in the search results. Here you will be able to see the calories of each item and if it is raw or cooked.

By clicking on the main food item category the black background box will pop up with other areas that you can search for your item in. You can also click on the Sub group to find items faster.
Here at your calendar section you will be able to click on any of the the blue push-pins and plan your meals for that day. You will also be able to add notes and add your specific protocol tracking identifiers. These tracking icons are what you see in the second heading bar at the top of this screen (followed protocol, cheated etc)
This will be your screen after you have planned your meals. And click on Meal Plan.

Calendar Phase 3
When you hit phase 3 this will be your home screen. Here at your calendar section you will be able to click on the blue push pin and plan your meals for that day. You will also be able to add notes and add your specific protocol tracking identifiers. which are what you see in the second heading bar at the top of this screen (followed protocol, cheated etc)
Your Planned meals full screen
The Meal Plan section screen here shows what you have planed for the day you are in. It displays the total calories at the bottom.
Your photo journal page should be used everyday. First, select the phase you wish to add your photo to. Then click add photo and either choose a photo from your library or to take one. After it is has uploaded you can email it or flag it for a future slide show. Click the X to delete.
Reset the App
If you need to reset your app, for example you had to stop half way through, you can go to the SetUp section and click reset. You will see the following buttons. You will not be able to get your information back after you reset it. Reset = erase.
This screen allows you to set up to be notified if you should be taking an Steak day. Which simply helps you stay on track.
Passcode enables you to set up a code you enter when you launch your hCG Diet App. So you can keep your photos and measurements safe. Please write this down somewhere or email it to yourself. *** We do not keep records of your personal passcode or security code ***
When you plan your meals in phase 2, your shopping list will automatically be generated like you see here. Like items will be added together to you will see the total quantity needed as one item. The list is divided into weeks. We have put the boxes there for your convenience. Click them and a check mark will appear.
