Home Screen
Click any of these daily task icons and a green check mark will appear. This means that you have completed that part of the protocol for the day. This is the phase2 home screen.  It becomes a great tool to remind you of all the elements. You will see a new screen each day. You can not go back and change this screen later so make sure you reference this page at least 3 times a day. This is your home screen in Phase 2. You can see all of your planned items here. Click on the MENU tab at the top to navigate through the app. You Can also click on the weight scale and the measurement tape to go to those graphs.
Drop down Menu
This is your drop down menu. Press the green arrows to collapse any areas that you do not use often. Many people collapse help and the diet after they get a feel for the program.  You will come here when you first login into the app to enter your start date, first weight and first measurements to get started on your protocol.
First Weight
Setting your first weight is very important. As it will be used to calculate your weight loss every day. You must enter a goal weight to loose as well. The body water % and body fat % are optional and if you do not know them you can leave them blank.
hCG Dosing/Icons
When you are setting up your app you will be choosing how you are taking your hCG and the number of times a day. Check either sub-lingual or injections. Then click on the green box and enter the frequency.  The number you enter here will reflect how many hCG icons show up on your home screen.
hCG Cloud
You always want to sync to the hCG cloud first! THEN to your other devices/online.  This is where you will go to back-up your information. It is free with purchasing the app for 3 months. learn more at hcgcloud.com
Preferences
If you have the Withings scale you will be able to turn that feature on here. You will then enter your email and password. Press Log In and you will be able to download that information to this app. Your weights will appear on the graph. You can choose to have your measurements displayed in English or Metric by clicking on the drop down boxes to the right. If you would like phase specific daily tips that we have created for you, click ON.
Phase 2 food item options
When setting up the app, you are able to choose which P2 items you would like to see. For example: if you know what foods you are going to eat because you have planned ahead and bought items or just personal taste preferences then you can check only those.  So when you are checking off your foods/planning each day it will be  fast and easy.  This is also good for vegetarians who do not wish to see the meat items.
Phase 2 meal planning
For lunch and dinner in Phase 2 you will select one vegetable, one fruit and one protein. Use these blue arrows to go to the next day after you have done both lunch and dinner selections. You will see the calories for your choices reflected at the top for each day.
Start Date
The start date is very important. When you launch your app you will have to set the start date or else none of the other items will work. You have two options. The recommended which is the standard Dr. Simeon protocol. Or Manual Override if you are extending or shortening your Phase 2, 3, and 4 days.  Also if you plan to start another round. You can set all that up here. *** PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE RIGHT DATE AND YEAR*** or the app will malfunction.
Weight graph
By clicking on the grey push pins you will be taken to the notes\calendar section, where you can enter notes and see your meal selections. By clicking on the weight you are able to change it. You can also change\input your today’s weight by clicking on the Green circle. Using your finger, touch the white grid and scroll right to see previous week’s weights.  Click chart view to see your body fat and water % charts.
Measurements Chart
Click on any of the body parts in white to see a part specific graph. Click on any of the boxes on the blue background to add your measurements. (you can change your measurement even if the date has passed).  Use your finger to scroll left or right to see previous weeks weights. You can see your progress in the purple boxes at the bottom right hand side.
Photo Journal
Select which folder you would like to add a photo to. They are organized by phase. When you press take a photo you will be prompted to either take a photo from your camera or from your gallery on your device. Once you have selected the photo you want you will be able to enter a name for the photo. And your weight for that day and the date will be entered like above. When you click on slideshow by phase you will be able to see a picture show of all your photos by phase. Click Flag to put your photo in a slide show. When you click on all flagged slideshow you will be able to see a picture show of only the photos you have flagged.
Shopping list
This is your shopping list. When you plan each meal, each of those food items will show up here. When you choose multiple quantities of the same item they will be added together for your convenience. Use the green arrows to go to different weeks lists. The circle above the list shows what phase you will be shopping for.
Phase 2 calendar
This is your phase 2 calendar screen. The blue push-pins let you know that you need to plan your meals for that day and add a journal message. click on the blue push-pins and they will take you to the meal planning section. When on the calendar click on the date you wish to add a message and use the white text box at the bottom. Then press SAVE. Don’t forget to check off if you have lost or gained weight. When you check those off they will be saved for that day and then you can search on the calendar for all the days that you lost weight or all the days that you gained or all the days you maintained etc. . . The meal items you have planed show up at the bottom left along with the calories you have planned.
Apple Day
If you would like to be prompted as to when you need an apple day you can choose ON.  We have given you a complete description here in the setup section.
Steakday

Can I Eat/Food Database
This is your main Can I Eat screen where you can select by group to find food items.

This is your Can I Eat food database where you will go to search for allowed food items. Type what you are looking for in the white text box or search by food group and scroll to find what you need. The items that are allowed are always the first to show in the list. Allowed food items are always noted by green smiley faces. Limited is noted by orange and No is noted by red.

Phase 3 home screen
In Phases 3,4 and life when you plan your meals you can see those items here. They are broken down into each meal with the calories. If you click on one of the items it will take you to the Can I Eat section to change your choices. This is your home screen in phases 3, 4 and life. The blue push pins tell you that you need to plan your meals for that day and add your notes. When you add your notes at the bottom, you also want to select from the colored progress icons above the note text box. When you select these and press save they will stay with that day. So when you go to the top of this home screen and press the same icons you will be able to see which days out of the month you have lost weight, gained . . . etc.
